Companies that have issued debt securities through the Malawi Stock Exchange debt market must adhere to the following continuing obligations:

1. publish annual financial reports within six months after the end of the financial year.
2. publish interim (half yearly) reports within three months after the the end of the interim period.
3. publish any price sensitive information without delay.
4. publish a declaration to pay any interest in respect of the listed securities within the required timelines.
